Hi, I’m Lauren

I’m here to help bring back your smile!

You remember a time when anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout were not your daily descriptors, but you feel like those days are a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that? You have come to the right place!

I’m Lauren, and I help people just like you: ones that have it within them to rediscover their joy and thrive but need a little support in getting there.

I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm using the powerful framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Internal Family Systems believes that within each person exists a complex internal system composed of various parts, each with its own desires, beliefs, and emotions. By understanding and working with these parts, profound healing, and meaningful change can occur.

Anxiety and stress can often feel overpowering, leaving individuals feeling frustrated or detached from their true selves. Through the lens of IFS, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the different parts of themselves, gaining insight into their fears, triggers, and protective coping mechanisms.

In our sessions, we will collaborate to identify and understand their parts—those anxious, worried, or stressed aspects of themselves—and facilitate a gentle exploration of their origins, purposes, and underlying emotions. By developing an empathetic and curious relationship with these parts, clients can begin to foster inner harmony, restoring balance and reducing the grasp of anxiety and stress. Through our work together, you’ll feel equipped with the skills and confidence you need to grow and shine.

Using the Internal Family Systems model, we work together to uncover the underlying strengths, wisdom, and resources within your internal system. Through guided dialogues, visualization exercises, and mindfulness techniques, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

As a mental health professional, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly express themselves without fear of judgment. With empathy and understanding, I assist clients in developing self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-care practices that nurture resilience in the face of anxiety, stress, and trauma.

In addition to the IFS model, I integrate other evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to meet the unique needs of every client. This holistic approach allows us to address not only the symptoms of anxiety and stress but also their underlying causes, empowering clients to achieve meaningful change and a sense of peace and well-being.

If you are ready to begin a transformative journey toward greater peace, balance, and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation today. Together, we will explore the depths of your inner world, unlock your inner resources, and cultivate a sense of calm and empowerment amidst the challenges of anxiety and stress.

I am dedicated to helping my clients thrive!

I get it because I am a mom, and I have devoted my career to working with neurodivergent clients and to those who are mothering. I know that sometimes you just want to hide, cry or give up. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you are going through. Let’s work together to find your smile again!
